About Us

Kids After Hours has been providing 
school aged children with safe, fun and enriching daycare and summer camping programs for  15 years.  Founded in 1989 by Bob and Tammy Sickels at Burtonsville Elementary School in Burtonsville, Maryland.  Kids After Hours Inc. is now the second largest daycare provider in Montgomery County, Maryland.
    Our goals are to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children.  Activities at Kids After Hours are planned to develop children's creative expression, provide opportunities socialization, and  time for individual pursuits.  Whether children are playing an organized games, participating in arts and spending time with friends, it is our goal for our Kids After Hours kids to gain confidence and independence in a friendly, safe environment.
